My inspiration is my parents. My dad's dedication to his work and community is mind-blowing. He not only pushes me to strive academically but he also pushes me to be socially helpful. He has taught me how to respect my community and school. After looking at him, I know that with hard work, anything can be accomplished. He started off in a poor family, but now, he is a doctor. The respect he has gained for himself makes him my role model. I can only hope to be as successful and benevolent as my father. 

I've learned from him that the key factor to success is to believe in yourself. If you believe in yourself, anything is possible.

 

My mom also plays a big role in inspiring me. When my parents first moved from India, they knew no one here, and they had very little money. My dad still had to complete his residency in the US, so my mom would work hours tirelessly every day to try to pay my dad's fees and tuition. Without my mom, it would have been very tough for my dad to complete his schooling. My mom inspires me just as much as my dad does. They both teach me that through hard work, you can achieve anything!
